During Christmas time, there are so many things to do in the wonderful New York City! If you live in New York, or have visited New York before during the holiday season, you’d know what I’m talking about. If you haven’t visited the big apple yet, and plan on going this year, now is the time to go. Walking through the streets, with snow glistening on the sidewalks…seeing bright lights that illuminate the city…crowds of people walking from store to store, shopping for presents, with smiles on their faces…okay, enough with the fluffy stuff. The Rockefeller Center Christmas trees is one of the biggest, if not the biggest, attraction in New York during Christmas time. You can gather with hundreds of New Yorkers and look at the Christmas tree in awe.

SEE THE RADIO CITY CHRISTMAS SPECTACULAR
The Radio City Christmas spectacular is a wonderful event that’s great for the family. Get ready for a staged presentation full of music that’ll stay in your head for months! Watch the Rockettes do their signature eye high kicks and see Santa Clause dance around bringing Christmas cheer. And remember to “fill your heart with Christmas, bring everyone you love…to see the Radio City Christmas Show!”
GO ICE SKATING
Another Rockefeller Center Christmas attraction. Skate in the Rockefeller Center ice rink and enjoy the scenery around you. You’ll find a hundred other people skating with you on the rink and thousands of people watching you. Whether you go skating with family, friends, or “that special someone”, this is a great experience to take part in during the holidays.
SHOP AT F.A.O SCHWARTZ
I know you’ve all probably been to Toys ‘R’ Us by now, but have you ever been to F.A.O Schwartz? If you bring little kids to this store, they’ll go nuts! And if you still have that inner child inside of you that gets excited whenever you see cool toys, you’ll go nuts, too! This store is the ultimate toy shopping experience. Oh yeah, and make sure to try to get the guards to laugh and take pictures with them.
GO TO THE CHARMIN RESTROOMS
Yes, it does sound kind of odd, that I’m suggesting going to a bathroom as a great thing to do during Christmas in NY. “Duh, of course I’m gonna eventually have to go to a public bathroom while out in New York.” But these aren’t your ordinary restrooms. The Charmin restrooms are the first, ever fully-staffed, deluze public restrooms. While you wait to use the bathroom, you can even go on stage and do the Charmin dance.
