Our beta version has been launched a couple of months ago and we are looking for talented young artists to join our community. Fashion designers, writers, songwriters, entertainers, illustrators, painters, performers, dancers, musicians, graphic designers, videographers, typographers, are all welcome to join Streetlance.com.

Our approach is unique. We offer artists great opportunities to pitch themselves and make money by doing mini jobs. As freelance artist on Streetlance you can post a pitch and offer a small creative service for a small price which you can finish in for example 15 minutes. I’ve been in a real blah period,and have thought of much but produced little. I know its a block because when I’m on the phone or trying to bide my time “doodle dreaming”,(pen in hand,not really rely aware of drawing any particular thing,it could have started as circles )some pretty amazing little things emerge.
I’ve been hand to mouth for quite a while and just want yo thank u for this article. I am going to send a couple of pieces to get a shirt made or st least put it u to see if anyone has the funding to help. From one artist to another,maybe you just accidentally got herself some good karma banked. If I do start cashing in,no jk,I will remember the article that gave me a spark. Thanks,

#3 is pretty accurate.

I competed in tshirt design contests for a year and won grossed about 15K just from contests. I wrote an article about it.

Eventually since I became so well known in the circle, I was hired at designbyhumans as the art director before moving to their sister company teefury.com, which is also a cash cow for designers, sometimes moreso than the other contest sites. I’ve made several thousand dollars from Teefury since we attempt to “go viral” as #10 states.

This is a very an interesting article that is very useful. Some items on the list seem a bit harder to do like getting published. It’s not as easy to get published even if you create your own book. I believe they’re all achievable, but some are easier to achieve than others. It is good and it gave me a couple ideas that I forgot about. I am passing this around.
