This is a GREAT concept. Community and crowd sourcing are the way to go. I really love this. My t-shirt line has a very similar concept(Royal Dynamite). We just started in August 2010 and we hope to get to your level. This is good stuff.

Great story, very insperational. I’m just in the process now, up here in Canada, to be starting my own t-shirt venture albeit on a smaller scale, and its reasuring to hear of stories like this, especially in these economic times. I’m sure you will thrive for years to come. Engaging the community and involving local talent is just fantastic I think.
